Converting it to a guest room. It's gonna have a seperate room in it for the bed part. Dad wants a bathroom and office, maybe a couch too. Eh. We'll see.

Wow. Sounds like a lot of work. Well, it'd be a really cool guest room, I suppose. I can see how you could make an office and throw a couch in there, but a bathroom? That will require lots of money and hired help. Unless you know how to hook up plumbing and Holly is game to whittling a toilet out of wood and cardboard boxes.

Ehh... the plumbing is already nearby and just requires some rerouting and sealing up a connecting hole in the wall. And he's already got the hired help.
